Get ready for Thanksigving and place your $50 deposit for a 20-24lb fresh turkey. Final cost will be calculated at pickup at $8 per pound for a naked bird and $9 per pound for a smoked bird based on final weight.  Pickup will be available between Friday November 22nd Wednesday November 27.

Our Heritage Black Turkey is an old breed, one of the first to be developed from Native American stocks. We raise these special birds on a small family farm in North Carolina and process them by hand in our own plant, where they are also air-chilled to preserve flavor, tenderness and perfect texture.  These birds have no antibiotics, harmones, steroids or other animal by products.
